Heather did an amazing job on my house, as well as our professional office, very detailed, and very professional. Wish I would snapped some photos of before and after. We also have an air bnb and she cleans it whenever we call her and has not missed a beat. We love her and it would be ashame to lose her. We trust her with our keys so on case we are not home. And extra perks we pay a little extra for any errands or.laundry or.anythimg that comes up as well as invoicing and paperwork for a business. She is amazing really.

Heather showed up 2 hours late for the cleaning at 7:30pm instead of 5:30pm cleaned 1 of my 3 bathrooms and the stove and oven. By 10pm she said I can come back and finish the cleaning. I said ok and paid her the full amount for the cleaning. Since then she had not showed and has told me she would on 3 different occasions and NEVER SHOWED UP or COMMUNICATED TO ME THAT SHE WASNT SHOWING UP. I have been working 3 jobs for a while now and feel completely taken advantage of by this company and Heather. Completely unprofessional and basically a liar.
