I was not pleased with the service. She was almost three hours late. She talked about how filthy the house in Midlothian before mine was and that was her excuse for being late. This is what I requested. I am looking to have 3 bathrooms deep cleaned with inside closets, cabinets. One bathroom has a closet. Kitchen deep cleaned, organized, and inside closet, cabinets, stove, and refrigerator. Also, living room and den cleaned and organized. Wash area and front door entrance. She did not even look inside my refrigerator or oven. She did not organize anything. She kept trying to act like she did not remember what we agreed on. I told her to check our messages and she stated that her phone is in the car. She did not even bring a vacuum cleaner. Very unacceptable!!!!!
