FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don’t offer flat-rate pricing because every job is different—custom layouts, materials, finishes, and install needs all affect the final cost. Once we understand the space and your goals (via photos, plans, or a site visit), we’ll give you a detailed quote with no hidden fees. We always aim to provide fair, transparent pricing for the quality of work we deliver.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact – We start by reviewing any photos, plans, or project info you can share. If needed, we’ll schedule a site visit to get accurate measurements and understand the layout. Design & Drawings – Based on the info we gather, we’ll create drawings or 3D renderings (depending on the scope) so you can see the layout and design before anything is built. This helps clarify details and avoid surprises later. Estimate & Approval – Once the drawings are reviewed, we’ll provide a detailed estimate that covers layout, materials, finishes, and installation. Final Selections & Initial Deposit (60%) – After the design and quote are approved, we help finalize material and finish selections. At this point, we collect a 60% deposit to begin building and lock in your spot on our schedule. Build & Install – Cabinets are custom-built to spec, finished, and professionally installed. We stay in communication throughout the process. Bump & Adjust + Final Invoice (40%) – After installation, we schedule one final visit to fine-tune everything—adjust doors and drawers, align hardware, and wrap up details. Once complete, we send the final 40% invoice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team doesn’t come from a college background — we come from the jobsite. Between us, we have many years of hands-on experience in cabinet making, installs, and custom woodworking. We’ve seen just about every type of layout, finish, and situation a project can throw at you. That real-world experience is what sets us apart — we know how to spot issues early, adjust on the fly, and deliver high-quality work that fits and functions the way it should.
