Edger, from Next Level Custom, exhibits utmost professionalism in his interactions. He ensures he comprehends the desires and requirements of the customer by actively listening. Following the discussion, he revisits the conversation to confirm mutual understanding. We received two custom/ bespoke cabinets from him in a record time of 4 days. Every step in the cabinet’s supply chain was flawless - from the initial scrutiny to the final installation, all handled by Next Level CustomCabinets. I normally don't give reviews, but, I had to give it up for Next Level, and I even had to post pictures. They deserve it

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price is based on linear footage. Style, type of wood and special hardware also affect the price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First contact is useful to pick up the initial measurements and to get a rough idea of what the customer is envisioning. Next step is to send the estimate and upon approval, customer is being put in schedule to start building the kitchen. A day or two before start building the kitchen, a second visit will be programmed to make sure the first measurements are correct.
You know: measure twice, cut once :Da
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the residential construction field for over a decade. Also I was a project manager for a general contracting company in the past that specializes in customer service.
