- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will take order requests and agree on a date and time for delivery or pick up. I am open to custom orders and requests based on lead time and familiarity with the order.

Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from University of Houston, Wilton Cake Decorating 1,
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Being in the kitchen with my grandmother and great aunt inspired me to bake for others on a professional level. I've been professionally baking since I was 13 years old, and the love I have for baking has endured after graduating college.
