I am ex military, boxer, mix martial arts, and joint manipulation. I’m also 15 years professional trainer. I started at Bally Total Fitness then moved up levels to become the Personal Trainer Director. I’m able to provide meal plans from actual CHEFS as well as give you workouts to do when you are not with me to meet our foul faster. I have trained bodybuilder, police officers for hand to hand, sports, Miss fitness, Miss physique, and power lifters. I do not coach!!! Teddrick did a great job installing my backsplash. I will post pictures later. He did such a great job that I hired him to replace floor tiles. See before and after pics attached.
