- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
**Typical Consultation & Estimate Process** During a consultation, I’ll visit your home or job site to assess the issue firsthand. I’ll carefully evaluate the problem and take note of any related factors that could affect the repair or renovation. After the inspection, I provide a detailed estimate that includes: * **A clear description of the problem** and the recommended solutions. * **Optional approaches** to fix the issue, explaining the pros and cons of each. * **Transparent pricing** for each option, so you can make an informed decision. * **An estimated timeline** for how long the job will take. * **Available start dates** to fit your schedule, including the possibility of starting immediately if feasible. My goal is to ensure you fully understand your options and feel confident moving forward. If you decide to proceed, I’ll guide you through the next steps to get the job underway smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a high school graduate who proudly enlisted in the United States Navy right after graduation, serving for six years. My time in the Navy instilled in me a strong work ethic, discipline, and a commitment to excellence — values I’ve carried with me throughout my career. After completing my service, I explored several job opportunities before finding my passion in the trades. I began my plumbing career as an apprentice with Tioga Contractors, where I spent four years honing my skills and gaining hands-on experience. From there, I continued to grow my expertise at All Masters Plumbing before taking the leap to start my own company. Today, I run my own business, combining years of technical experience with a customer-first approach. I take pride in providing reliable, high-quality service and building lasting relationships with my clients.
