I do not have a service call fee for showing up for an estimate. I am a sole propriator driven by making sure the issue is resolved, completely fixing the cause of the problem so it does not happen again. I believe in customer satisfaction through a strong work ethic and performing tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No because it is difficult to accurately estimate the cost of some jobs with out seeing them first. So some bids may seem high and that scares customers away, bid to low and there is a loss.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To greet the customer in a friendly manner, Discuss with them exactly what they would like to have done. Then to educate and inform them as to exactly the processes that need to be done,as well as keeping them apprised of any unforeseeable changes that occur. To make sure the job is done right the first time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the Trades for most of my life. With the majority of it in the garage door industry.
