- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the square foot. And each color of granite or quartz has it own price. We will adjust the estimate based on the final stone to be used.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet you at your home to measure the area and provide you with some samples. You will get a written estimate emailed to you within 24 hours. From there we can meet to select the actual slabs of stone to be used and see other possible options as well. The estimate will be updated and we can schedule a time to template the counters. Then it’s about 7 days until we can install. If needed we can install the backsplash the following day. Most granite companies do not offer tile, this will save you the headache of finding another person to hire.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BBA in Marketing from SMU. And I learned from my Fathers many years of stone experience. But most importantly to listen to what the customer needs and provide options to meet their expectations.
