- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The main things we look at are the overall size and layout of your property. After receiving your address and getting a look at the property, we ask a few questions- “have you had pest control/mosquito service before?” And go into what a detailed service would look like for your property. Things we consider and go over with customers are: Size and Complexity: Larger and more complex yards (like those with multiple levels or outbuildings) naturally require a bit more time and product. Landscaping: Dense shrubs, tall grasses, and lots of trees offer more hiding spots for pests, meaning we need to focus our treatment there. Moisture Areas: Standing water or consistently damp spots are breeding grounds, and we factor in the specialized work needed to treat these areas.
