I have been training with Gabriel for a little over a month now. While I liked the trainer I had before I now prefer Gabriel. He has been very good about helping me with my form and he really stresses the importance of warming up and cooling down. His workouts are tough but he’s never asked me to do anything I couldn’t do and his sessions aren’t unreasonable. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I offer one free session so we can get you on the right program to reach your goal. The program will be sent to you so you know what workouts are coming up. When we get the ball rolling we will be tracking your body measurements and body fat percentage, so we can keep meeting out goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Degree in sports science with a specialization of personal training And a minor in art Boxing workout Mobility work
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I am a former college wrestler so being able to preform at the best of your ability. understanding how the body work and as well as recovery has always interested me.
