Kayan arrived right on time to address several issues in my kitchen: a clogged drain, standing water in my dishwasher, and a non-working garbage disposal. Within minutes, he identified the root of the problem, a faulty garbage disposal, and clearly explained my options, offering both a budget-friendly repair and a reasonably priced replacement. He carefully drained the standing water without spilling a drop and completed the repair swiftly and efficiently. In under an hour, everything was back to working perfectly: no more clog, no more leaks, and a fully functioning disposal! Let me start off by saying I was tad bit skeptical due to the phone number being an Atlanta number.. but…… after seeing all the great reviews I took my chances and glad I did!!! 5 stars in every aspect! He had the best price, came on time, was very respectful to my family and our home, did the job accurately and was very swift. He helped provide the right dimensions because I had bought the wrong dimensions for the under mount sink and he made a second trip out for the install. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. I’m so pleased to say that he came out as soon after he had finished his prior job, and he text me to let me know that he was heading my way as promised. He was very professional, and he took care to remove his shoes before entering my home. The problem was with the “HVAC”line, it was stopped up, and he was able to clear the line of the debris… I appreciate the effort it took him to fix the problem.
