This man was nice enough to reach out to his regularly booked customers and rearrange a bit because I had an emergency call. I had a broken appliance that kept pouring water even after unplugging; when I tried to close the valve, the entire handle broke off. He made room for me, showed up when he said, and managed to stop the flow. When a part was needed he told me which part and the approximate price, he could get the part locally and showed up the next day to finish the repair. The total billing price was very reasonable, the work was excellent, and we were informed of every step. Definitely will call him again if I need repairs.
