Kayan arrived right on time to address several issues in my kitchen: a clogged drain, standing water in my dishwasher, and a non-working garbage disposal. Within minutes, he identified the root of the problem, a faulty garbage disposal, and clearly explained my options, offering both a budget-friendly repair and a reasonably priced replacement. He carefully drained the standing water without spilling a drop and completed the repair swiftly and efficiently. In under an hour, everything was back to working perfectly: no more clog, no more leaks, and a fully functioning disposal! Kayan was not only fast and efficient but also incredibly professional and courteous throughout the entire process. I will absolutely call him again for any future plumbing needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Mr. Kayan responded quickly to my request for installing a new toilet. This was important to me because my old one was cracked and leaking. During the installation process he discovered that the toilet mount ring was broken. He quoted me a fair price for the additional scope of work and finished the installation in a timely manner including haul away of the old toilet. He was both professional and courteous. I recommend him and will keep his contact info for any future plumbing issues.

Very pleased with the service Kayan provided. Went above and beyond to make sure the job was done more than fairly and correctly; when others were over charging and trying to get over by hundreds of dollars Kayan accessed the job, and completed a minor repair and I was extremely happy. Can not overstate how u need to hire Kayan for your plumbing needs and trust u are getting the best services available at reasonable cost. Kayan will be my family plumber from here on out.
