Kayan arrived right on time to address several issues in my kitchen: a clogged drain, standing water in my dishwasher, and a non-working garbage disposal. Within minutes, he identified the root of the problem, a faulty garbage disposal, and clearly explained my options, offering both a budget-friendly repair and a reasonably priced replacement. He carefully drained the standing water without spilling a drop and completed the repair swiftly and efficiently. In under an hour, everything was back to working perfectly: no more clog, no more leaks, and a fully functioning disposal! Kayan was not only fast and efficient but also incredibly professional and courteous throughout the entire process. I will absolutely call him again for any future plumbing needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Kayan plumbing provided excellent service today! I requested to have my kitchen faucet replaced. They arrived on-time and put on shoe covers before entering my home. He told me the price before performing the work, removed all the items from under the sink, and replaced the faucet. After completing the job, they returned all the items back under the sink. Most importantly, they ensured me that the job was performed to perfection by having me confirm hot and cold water worked and faucet was installed to my satisfaction. They were efficient and professional, and the job was comolested in ~25 minutes. I have not had excellent customer service like this in a long time, and Shayan Plumbing sets the standard for all contractors on Thumback. I highly recommend Kayan Plumbing for your plumbing needs.
