- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to give you an estimate for your project, and not by the hour. E.G. You need monthly bank reconciliations done. Depending on the number of transactions, my minimum monthly fee is $150.00, and that will usually cover reconciling 1-2 bank accounts and providing financials. Pricing is dependent on number of accounts to reconcile, and how many transactions are running through the accounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would talk on the phone about your accounting needs, and if your accounting software is in place, I would take a look at your books. From then, I'd give you a written Scope of Work with pricing. Once agreed upon, I would get started!
