I was highly pleased with the service Farid & Lone Star Plumbing provided to Me. I received a timely response to my inquiry and Farid answered all questions and concerns. On installation day, weather was terrible, Farid still showed on time to complete the job. Friendly and professional, I definitely recommend hiring this company.

Farid and his team did an excellent job replacing our old water heater located in the attic. They showed up on time, were well-prepared, and worked as a team with great professionalism. Communication was smooth from the start, and the price was very fair compared to others I contacted. They handled everything — removal and disposal of the old unit, installation of the new water heater and new drain pan, plus replacement of a shutoff valve. The work was neat, no unnecessary soldering, and they made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I also appreciated that they took care of water drainage and setup cleanly without making a mess. Overall, great value, great responsiveness, and high work quality. These are very good people. I highly recommend them!

Farid was great to work with! Always on time and super professional. My Roman tub had tricky plumbing, but he figured it out and installed the new faucet and stop valves perfectly. Parts took time to arrive, but he came back as needed to finish the job. I’ll definitely call him again for future plumbing work.
