- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering with experience in structural and geotechnical engineering. After years of design work, my wife and I decided to continue her family business. My work with light frame construction helps me understand how exactly pests can interact with the home and how to get rid of them!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Informed and knowledgeable customers are our favorite to work with. We believe education will help you make the best decision. We enjoy spending time explaining our services, why you are seeing certain pests and how to best live without them. We like our customers to know what is going on, why we are the best and that they can trust Green Balance to take care of their pest problems.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We believe pest control is a relationship based business. We don't look for quick-fixes, we choose to provide the best service that leads to long term results. That can be guaranteed rodent exclusions or pest maintenance services that keeps pests out with lower risk to the environment. If the solution to your pest problem can be solved without our help - we'll let you know. We want to be your pest pro for life!
