Chef Roy and his team are absolutely amazing! I hired him for a five-year business anniversary/birthday dinner and we selected the meal protein options of chicken marsala and salmon. Both were delicious and my guest loved the three course meal. Chef Roy was an excellent communicator from beginning to end which was so helpful especially when planning an event. I highly recommend Chef Roy for any of your catering needs!

Mr. Roy was AMAZING! He kept in contact with me as date approached, and finalized all details 2 days prior. Food was good and service was excellent. The on demand omelets were a big hit. Definitely would use again.

Great food - went off perfectly for my birthday evening. Enough food for everyone. Stuffed mushrooms in particular were given rave reviews. Thank you Chef Roy for making my night go so much easier with the delicious food provided. Left overs certainly came in handy on the Sunday for lunch. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing takes into consideration the type of meal requested, cost of food(s), number of people, and time. I accept all forms of payment for my services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually send my potential clients a menu suggestion. If it is not intially what they want, I listen to their suggestions and specific requests, to create a unique menu designed especially for them. I really want my clients to feel comfortable and confident in knowing that they selected the right caterer to deliver the meal they helped create.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught with extensive “hands on” training in various culinary positions as well as through continuous study.
