When you’re with your girlfriend for 15 years and it, it’s easy just to take her out to a restaurant But to think outside the box and have a chef cook a dinner for you was my surprise to her I hired Chef Martin and he did not fail us He and his son gave an outstanding superb outing for us with a delicious meal that was out of this world. My girlfriend is a critic when it comes to food. And she just raved about it all night, long as she was eating Chef Martin and his son served the wine and delivered a beautiful meal. The setting was perfect and they matched up to the expectations and surpassed it in my view. I would hire Chef Martin and his son in a heartbeat. They exceeded my expectations. And they made her birthday dinner a memorable experience.

This was my first experience with a personal chef and it was absolutely amazing, the food was amazing the timing after each course was spot on. The portions were amazing his personality was amazing, he made us feel so comfortable and not to mention full but wanting more. Would definitely work with him again for sure. Thank you for an aweosme experience and btw we've started watching Ozark and your right it's a really good show.

Chef Roy Martin was our first personal chef! And he was the best! We enjoyed having him in our home! The food was delicious! My husband and I ate everything on our plate. Very down to earth professional peoples person we are definitely going to hire him for our next event!!!

On my 8th wedding anniversary I hired Chef Roy to provide his services as a personal chef in my home. Chef Roy was punctual, pleasant, helpful, professional, personable, patient and and all around joy to be around. He prepared an awesome meal for my husband and I to no only enjoy but experince, taking special caution for someone with a picky palet, like myself. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing takes into consideration the type of meal requested, cost of food(s), number of people, and time. I accept all forms of payment for my services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually send my potential clients a menu suggestion. If it is not intially what they want, I listen to their suggestions and specific requests, to create a unique menu designed especially for them. I really want my clients to feel comfortable and confident in knowing that they selected the right caterer to deliver the meal they helped create.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught with extensive “hands on” training in various culinary positions as well as through continuous study.
