This was my first experience with a personal chef and it was absolutely amazing, the food was amazing the timing after each course was spot on. The portions were amazing his personality was amazing, he made us feel so comfortable and not to mention full but wanting more. Would definitely work with him again for sure. Thank you for an aweosme experience and btw we've started watching Ozark and your right it's a really good show.

Chef Roy Martin was our first personal chef! And he was the best! We enjoyed having him in our home! The food was delicious! My husband and I ate everything on our plate. Very down to earth professional peoples person we are definitely going to hire him for our next event!!!

On my 8th wedding anniversary I hired Chef Roy to provide his services as a personal chef in my home. Chef Roy was punctual, pleasant, helpful, professional, personable, patient and and all around joy to be around. He prepared an awesome meal for my husband and I to no only enjoy but experince, taking special caution for someone with a picky palet, like myself. I am definitely looking forward to enjoying another meal in the near future prepared by the amazing chef Roy .

Thorough review- tasting and actual event. I had the pleasure of hiring Chef Roy for my first personal chef experience for my Wife and I's anniversary. Based on his great reviews and thorough quote response, I decided to request a tasting for his shrimp creole. Chef Roy arrived on time, professional, and seemed to love the art of cooking. I didn't think I would finish the generous sample tasting (free of charge BTW) but by the time we finished chatting, there was no more to take home! Fresh shrimp and vegetables. I hired him right on the spot and we began shaping the menu. I wanted my wife to have a little bit of everything, so I ordered his crab stuffed mushrooms, seafood gumbo, shrimp creole, and three desserts. The day of the event, Chef Roy arrived 1.5hr ahead of scheduled dinner time to prepare. He allowed us to have personal conversation while he prepared our meal which was great. As a complimentary thank you for our business, Chef Roy prepared boudin balls as an appetizer. Sooo good! Sadly, we didn't have room for desserprofessional! comment on that! We plan to eat it tomorrow :) He used gloves and lightly cleaned as he went along. Very personable, yet professional. Great experience!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing takes into consideration the type of meal requested, cost of food(s), number of people, and time. I accept all forms of payment for my services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually send my potential clients a menu suggestion. If it is not intially what they want, I listen to their suggestions and specific requests, to create a unique menu designed especially for them. I really want my clients to feel comfortable and confident in knowing that they selected the right caterer to deliver the meal they helped create.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught with extensive “hands on” training in various culinary positions as well as through continuous study.
