He could have repaired my computer but he found that my computer maybe under a recall. He did a lot of research to find the best way to get my computer repaired through Apple. I would definitely use him again. Followed up with me and my contact with Apple. He is very honest. I really appreciated that.

I was wary about doing a individual service. No shop, or company store. But after talking to him, I felt that he knew the product well, and explained the problem and solution in a simple non-techy terms. He was quick, and had excellent communication! He was able to restore my computer from the brink of death, and saved thousands of potentially lost pictures/memories. I couldn't be happier with the service! He will be on my "speed dial" list for any future computer issues!
