Janice and her husband did a wonderful job taking care of our 3 babies, very last minute, during a very stressful time for us. They came to meet the dogs ahead of our trip, reassured us of their scheduling, and provided daily updates on how our babies were doing, with pictures through the entire time we were gone.

Janice is a wonderful human being to trust with your fur baby!! I first reached out to her and she contacted me within 10-15 min. Shortly after we scheduled a meet and greet with our very timid rescue. He immediately took to Janice and her husband (Leon). They were great about taking things slow with him and following his normal schedule. She’s also upfront about payment/ rates and is worth every single penny. I’ve never left a dog at home before when I had a 10 lb dog and Janice was very sweet and understanding about how anxious a pet parent would feel. They regularly sent photos and updates which also helped us know he was being taken care of. They really treated our dog like he was their own and we will 1000000% use them in the future! If you’re concerned about your pet while you go out of town, stop worrying and book Janice ASAP.

They were amazing! It was my first time leaving my pets with someone other than family, and they made me feel very comfortable about my decision. They sent photos daily on my pets and how my pets were taking to them. I will definitely be using them for future vacations.

What I liked about working with Happy Pets by Janice was the care they gave our babies. I knew we had made the right choice on the first visit. Our babies fell in love with them immediately. This was our first trip and our first time working with a sitter. We were very nervous about leaving our babies. After the first day we were no longer concern. Happy Pets arrived every day on time, sent pictures, stayed an extended period of time and provided excellent care to our babies. Our only worry was whether they will love ❤️ us upon our return.
Happy Pets were responsive, professional, caring and trustworthy. We were happy about how we found everything upon our return, our babies were happy and well cared for.
