They arrived within the expected time window to give me a quote for electrical panel issues. Contrary to some of the "big name" companies in town, they advised that replacing the panel isn't necessary. They could bring it up to code and address the 2 undersized circuits without needing a new panel. After getting a total of 4 quotes for the work, I went back to JAY Electric, asked for a change to their quote. The expected up-charge was still less than other quotes. I hired them for the work. They did arrive early (but that was fine by me). The work was done to my satisfaction. They answered all my questions, cleaned up after themselves and worked efficiently. I would not hesitate to hire them again.
