- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon contact, we have a brief discussion to understand their needs. Customers are encouraged to share their inspirations & budget. Afterwards, a draft budget is sent to customer with alternatives provided. Once approved, vendor contact and event execution begins, all the while updating the customer until D-day!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
How do you want to feel and how do you want your guests to feel after the event. This helps fine-tune the details of planning because it’s the memories that’ll count the most.
