- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We understand that planning an event can be overwhelming, so we begin with a phone consultation to discuss the key details, including your event date, location, time, theme, guest count, and the specific services you require. Together, we will work to bring your vision to life while respecting your budget. Once we have finalized the design, I'll create a proposal for you. I want you to feel confident in your decisions, so after you approve the proposal, you’ll sign the contract and pay 50% of the total charges to secure your date. We’re here to support you every step of the way!
