Introduction

My name is Ricardo Murillo. I have worked in the data analysis realm for the last 13 years. At my last job I worked as the Manager of the Professional Services department. We worked with clients to help normalize data and create analytical test to help automate their process. Taking clients from hours, sometimes days, down to minutes with a click of a button. I worked with various system which include Excel, Access, SQL, IDEA and other software to complete these processes. My motto is if your computer can do it for you, why do it manually? If you know the process let the machine do it moving forward. It saves time, avoids issue with human error, and if you make it automated, it happens on its own!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $50 an hour for a project. For me to get started, I would first like to review the project with you and provide you with an estimate of the amount of hours based on your needs. If there are project scopes, I would provide you an update on those changes before starting them.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I would like to get a better understanding of your needs. I would like to provide a solution to your issue at the root and not just a quick fix to patch your problem. This will give you a better result than having to fix it multiple times.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated in 2011 with a Bachelors in Information Systems focusing on Database Administration. I worked for 10+ in data analysis to help clients normalize and create automated solutions to save time in the future.
