- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a $50 diagnostic fee, which covers a full inspection and problem identification. If the customer approves the repair, they only pay for the labor and parts — the diagnostic fee is not added on top. All pricing is explained upfront, so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always arrive on time, do a full diagnostic, explain the issue clearly, and offer the best solution at a fair price.

I have a technical degree in production management and over 10 years of hands-on experience in construction, furniture, and appliance repair.
