Assembler didn't show up on time, but they sent out substitutes. Assembly quality seems ok, but when i pulled on the tv stand, moving it on the carpet, the leg seems loose. they threw some of the directions away (i asked them to keep all the papers, but when i went to rid of the recycling carboards, lo and behold i found directions in there). They kept most of them, like I asked them to. But some of them wound up in the recycle pile. The gentlemen that came seemed to be genuinely interested in doing a good job, but this is what happened on this day. I think I would use them again, but I would double check their work before they leave. I think they are probably good most of the time, but this day was hectic for them.

I apologize for the way you felt the service went. We in now way rushed your assembly. If you felt the legs were loose was that bc you dragged the furniture? We recommended that not to be done at time of service. Any issues with assembly is backed with a 60 day warranty so please let us know if you are in having issues and I'll be more than happy to help service you.
