Vengyt was phenomenal. He flew a drone in order to get a full picture of the roof and was able to show us exactly what needed work. No trying to upsell, just honesty. I knew the name of tech and when he was going to arrive. The tech introduced himself before starting. It started to rain during repairs but they made sure to fix the leaking areas first so we didn’t have issues. They explained the plan to finish the work once the rain passed. Very professional. I highly recommend.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We assess the project, identify root issues, and provide a clear scope of work. After approval, we schedule, execute efficiently, and ensure quality control throughout the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are GAF Certified contractors and HAAG Certified Roof Inspectors. We are also FAA certified for commercial drone operations (Part 107) and have certification to handle refrigerants for HVAC systems.
Additionally, we are currently in the process of obtaining Xactimate certification to further enhance our estimating and insurance-related services.
