Amir responded within a few minutes of my inquiry and was very easy to work with. We set up a time, he diagnosed the problem, and he had to come back a 2nd time to finish the job after we had to purchase a part off of Amazon. Each time he was punctual and very professional. Super communicative, on time, and did great work. We had an unexpected issue where our car battery died and blocked the garage — he helped jump-start it, waited almost two extra hours without complaint, and then completed the install perfectly.
