Initial Contact & Consultation We start with a quick call or message to understand your needs, timeline, and project goals. We’ll ask for basic details like square footage, location, and any existing plans or permits. Site Visit (If Needed) For larger or complex jobs, we’ll schedule a free on-site visit to evaluate the space, take measurements, and discuss options in person. Detailed Estimate & Timeline After gathering all info, we’ll provide a clear, itemized estimate with an estimated timeline for completion. We’re happy to walk you through each line item. Scheduling & Kickoff Once the estimate is approved, we set a start date, finalize the scope, and sign an agreement. We’ll also confirm material selections and permits if required. Construction & Communication Our team shows up on time, keeps the site clean, and keeps you updated throughout the project. We’re always available by phone or message if you have questions. Final Walkthrough & Sign-Off We finish with a walkthrough to ensure everything meets your expectations. Only when you’re satisfied do we consider the job done.
