- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?For homes 10 years old or less, $325 up to 1500 square feet, $350 for 1501 to 2000, $375 for 2001 to 2500, $400 for 2501 to 3000, $450 for 3001 to 3500, $475 for 3501 to 4000, after 4000 square feet is a case by case basis. Cost goes up the older the home is and extra for block and beam foundations. Homes built before 2008 will cost more depending on the age. Please provide me the address so I can look at it online for an accurate quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a certified member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors that offers continuing education courses to take each year. Along with the required continuing education required by the Texas Real Estate Commission.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I enjoy educating my clients and giving them sound information to help in the home buying process. It is a rewarding experience providing sound information about the homes my clients are considering purchasing.
