Home Inspection

Mr. Richards was on time, friendly but professional. He thoroughly inspected my condo, including the attic. He was very thorough and explained his findings to me. He emailed me a complete report. I highly recommend him for home inspections.

Home Inspection

I highly recommend Raymond and RKR Home Inspections LLC. Ray was on time, professional and extremely thorough. He took the time to explore every nook and cranny of the house, and throughly explained any shortcomings and deficiencies he found. His report detailed his findings in an easy to understand format. Raymond is a great inspector and quality human being.

Home Inspection

I had two home inspections performed by Raymond and all I can say is, he's thorough, detailed and informative. Excellent! Raymond did a wonderful job with providing me with detailed information in his inspection report that I withdrew a potential purchase to the purchase of another home. Thanks Much!!!

Home Inspection

We are so glad to have hired Raymond; He did a very thorough and detailed home inspection. We are very satisfied with the extensive reports and the summary pages. He was very patient in giving us a good overview of the home inspection and in answering all our questions. As a first time home buyer, we are nervous and Raymond addressed all our questions to help us make an informed decision. We are truly thankful for his wisdom and I highly recommend him! FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

For homes 10 years old or less, $325 up to 1500 square feet, $350 for 1501 to 2000, $375 for 2001 to 2500, $400 for 2501 to 3000, $450 for 3001 to 3500, $475 for 3501 to 4000, after 4000 square feet is a case by case basis. Cost goes up the older the home is and extra for block and beam foundations. Homes built before 2008 will cost more depending on the age. Please provide me the address so I can look at it online for an accurate quote.

I am a certified member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors that offers continuing education courses to take each year. Along with the required continuing education required by the Texas Real Estate Commission.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I enjoy educating my clients and giving them sound information to help in the home buying process. It is a rewarding experience providing sound information about the homes my clients are considering purchasing.
