- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dependent on the number of bed/bathrooms and the square footage(please provide sqft. in your comments). If only wanting a partial cleaning, we still need all the info, and then we back out areas you don't want cleaned. The reason for this is because a kitchen in a small home is much smaller than in a 5/5 home and our algorithms factor that in.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are happy to walk you through the process of booking and how we clean. Any Promos or specials will be modified on the backend by our booking staff such as (price discount, free-addons, etc).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My mother had her own business having spent many years cleaning and my dad many years in construction. I helped them both and understand that both required attention to details.
