- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are reasonable, and we have discounts available. Veterans and Senior citizens get a special discount. We charge by the square foot instead of by the hour so if it takes longer than estimated there is no extra charge. Your satisfaction is guaranteed, or we fix it at no extra charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak with you to find out your specific needs. We work out which cleaning options is the best and provide a free quote via email. Once a booking is confirmed we send a reminder about the upcoming cleaning. You can also create an account on our website to manage their account, bookings and payments.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our professional cleanings have many years of experience. They are background checked and insured for your peace of mind.
