I was referred to Chasiti through a friend. I needed my makeup done last minute for an event and was luckily able to book with her services. So glad I did! Not only did Chasiti make time for me last minute and she did an amazing job! She was so nice and easy to speak with. She made the experience fun and even taught me a few things. How did you get started doing this type of work?
I used to do my makeup a lot in high school and college. As the years passed, I got better and my skill was definitely that of a makeup artist. I remember getting compliments and questions from complete strangers about the looks that I had created. As I began to deepen my practice with makeup, I noticed how happy I was and how happy it made me. It was at that time that I decided to perfect my craft and venture out to practicing on friends and family. After lots of practice I nailed it and went to work for MAC cosmetics. There I learned lots of techniques from other industry professionals and gained lots of exposure.
