Got three bids to install floors downstairs and after reading reviews, went with Smart Choice Remodeling. After getting the product, the work began the following Monday. Installers worked from 815am to about 630pm until Friday. On that day they stayed until 820pm moving my furniture back and cleaning up. When they left there was no evidence that we had anything done, which made our Homeowners Associated. happy. We were very satisfied with the work and the employees. I would use them again for sure. Marco did what he said when I agreed to do it and stuck to his estimate. I am usually skeptical regarding this and could not be more satisfied. Great job

My laminate floor had been ruined by flooding (700 ft2). Marco demo'd the laminate and laid down 6" x 24" tiles that looks like hard wood. Marco was a reliable professional from start to finish. Reasonable price and great results. He also redid the floor tile in one of our bathrooms. He rounded out the job by putting trim along all of the walls and at all of the door ways. I will absolutely use him again for future jobs.
