We worked with Marco and his team on two remodeling projects in our house. My husband and I were so pleased with the work they've done on the first remodeling that we rehired them a second time. He has a lot of experience in various remodeling work, very good ideas and suggestions, and a very skilled team. We've done flooring, closet remodeling, ceiling re-texturing, painting, electrical work the first time around and a full bathroom remodel the second time around. They perform high quality work, with attention to detail, they are on time, work hard and complete the job on schedule, and are very respectful. His prices are very reasonable - we interviewed several contractors and hired his company based in quality, experience and price. They are mindful of the family's schedule and try to minimize disruptions, try to keep areas as clean as possible during construction, and clean at the end of the job. Overall we had a very positive experience working with Marco and his team, the remodels turned out great; we highly recommend Marco and his company for any remodel work.

Did a good job remodeling our master bathroom. Marco completed the Project on time and for the price quoted except some Minor additional costs to address issues which was not foreseen at the beginning of the project. One advise I would give for anyone looking to embark on such projects is discuss the scope of the project in detail and to plan for contingencies.

My laminate floor had been ruined by flooding (700 ft2). Marco demo'd the laminate and laid down 6" x 24" tiles that looks like hard wood. Marco was a reliable professional from start to finish. Reasonable price and great results. He also redid the floor tile in one of our bathrooms. He rounded out the job by putting trim along all of the walls and at all of the door ways. I will absolutely use him again for future jobs.

Smart Choice Remodeling was one of the best contractors that I've ever worked with. We came to them with an idea for the new house that we were buying and they were very flexible, cost effective, and efficient. The entire scope of work involved the following: - Replacing the hardwood throughout the entire downstairs with wood tile. - Repainting the entire downstairs and a couple of the bedrooms upstairs - Replacing the granite countertops with quartz - Refinishing the kitchen cabinets and installing new cabinet hardware - Installing new backsplash in the kitchen - Installing new light fixtures and a ceiling fan They completed our scope of work in the two weeks allotted to them with only one or two very minor issues that were quickly rectified. Additionally, they were very flexible in last minute changes/addition to the scope of work. I honestly was against doing some of this work (suggested by my fiance) in the first place but thanks to the amazing job that Smart Choice did, I'm ecstatic over the current state of the house. I LOVE THIS HOUSE NOW! I'd recommend them to anyone looking to remodel a home.
