Smart Choice Remodeling was one of the best contractors that I've ever worked with. We came to them with an idea for the new house that we were buying and they were very flexible, cost effective, and efficient. The entire scope of work involved the following:
- Replacing the hardwood throughout the entire downstairs with wood tile. - Repainting the entire downstairs and a couple of the bedrooms upstairs - Replacing the granite countertops with quartz - Refinishing the kitchen cabinets and installing new cabinet hardware - Installing new backsplash in the kitchen - Installing new light fixtures and a ceiling fan
They completed our scope of work in the two weeks allotted to them with only one or two very minor issues that were quickly rectified. Additionally, they were very flexible in last minute changes/addition to the scope of work.
I honestly was against doing some of this work (suggested by my fiance) in the first place but thanks to the amazing job that Smart Choice did, I'm ecstatic over the current state of the house. I LOVE THIS HOUSE NOW! I'd recommend them to anyone looking to remodel a home.

Marco came by and gave us a reasonable quote for the remodeling we wanted done. He went line by line of the quote and explained what it covered. Marco and his team remodeled my baby's room and our kitchen. They were on time everyday and worked a full day and did an excellent job. I would recommend Marco to be the first choice of any job and also recommended him to my neighbor. We plan on using him for future jobs. Thanks

We worked with Marco and his team on two remodeling projects in our house. My husband and I were so pleased with the work they've done on the first remodeling that we rehired them a second time. He has a lot of experience in various remodeling work, very good ideas and suggestions, and a very skilled team. We've done flooring, closet remodeling, ceiling re-texturing, painting, electrical work the first time around and a full bathroomremodel the second time around. They perform high quality work, with attention to detail, they are on time, work hard and complete the job on schedule, and are very respectful. His prices are very reasonable - we interviewed several contractors and hired his company based in quality, experience and price. They are mindful of the family's schedule and try to minimize disruptions, try to keep areas as clean as possible during construction, and clean at the end of the job. Overall we had a very positive experience working with Marco and his team, the remodels turned out great; we highly recommend Marco and his company for any remodel work.

Victor & Derrick were honest, efficient, hard working and I will definitely use them again.
They fixed poorly hung doors and cabinets, fixed a leak, patched and repainted my three bedroom house and also helped in several other smaller jobs, such as new smoke detectors.
