Mr. Richardson and his assistant arrived on time, did a good job on installing crown molding and new baseboards, then cleaned up. I would not hesitate to hire him again, as his price was reasonable.

Came late, took longer than quoted, had to come back a week later to do finishing touches, charged more than quoted. Would not hire again.

Innovations Kitchens and Baths's reply

This customer know I would be late I called at least an hour prior to arriving late to advise them I would be late. I had to come back and finish the job because they did not have all the cabinet parts and additional components to complete the project. And yes there was a additional charge of $50 for the return trip and labor.

I like meeting with a customer, discuss the project. Explain the process involved and go over the time frame and price. Also provide references.

My experience extends back to high school construction trades classes. 2yrs. Associates Degree in Architecture (Honor Roll) Retail building materials sales and supervision 4yrs. Kitchen and Bath Designer 5yrs. Owner of Innovations Kitchens and Baths (Since 1989)
