My focus is to provide martial arts coaching and/or personal training to help clients achieve weight loss, muscle gain, improve athletic performance, and overall health & wellness. I’m a Certified Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, personal trainer, martial arts instructor, and NFPT certified personal trainer . I’ve trained in a few martial arts; Jiu Jitsu, wrestling, kickboxing. I currently teach kids, teens, and adults in classes and one-on-one sessions. Robert was very professional and runs a great gym called Team Osiris. I highly recommend reaching out to him and his team for martial arts training and fitness. The classes they have are structured very intuitively and the techniques are broken down in a manner that is very easy for a beginner to understand. Jiu Jitsu has been difficult for me to learn or get used to and I really appreciate the quality of instruction and care provided here. They also have created a positive culture that is not toxic at all, it is a very inclusive environment where everyone can feel safe.

Robert is very professional, punctual, and also is very easy to work with. He offers martial arts training for kids, teens, and adults. He does mobile (In-home) sessions and also sessions at his school Team Osiris Martial Arts.

Robert knows his craft, he was very knowledgeable and professional! Whether your interested in self defense to know how to deal in a real situation, or learning how to fight/spar professionally, I recommend Robert.
