Introduction: After graduating college with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Nutrition and Foods, I decided it was time to finally invest my own knowledge and experience into other individuals who were in similar situations as me when I first began my fitness journey. I am a long time nationally qualified competitor, personal trainer, and now Dietitian. I have experimented with every diet you could imagine. It's not about finding the diet that works (they all work if you follow them). It's about truly understanding what a healthy lifestyle looks like and understanding that balance is a major part of the process. We don't want a quick fix, we want something sustainable. Progress in your physique can still be achieved while enjoying all of your favorite foods. The key is to make a few minor tweaks along the way and to be able to enjoy your day to day lifestyle without feeling like your diet is holding you back. Let's get to work! Nutrition Package: $150/month A complete guide that will include a flexible meal plan, fun detailed recipes, and daily vitamin recommendations to incorporate into your day to day routine. What will be provided: 1. A consultation to discuss your eating habits, weight, likes/dislikes, and goals. 2. Once that is squared away I will provide you with a custom meal plan that will be adjusted as needed. 3. Fun recipe templates. 4. Weekly check ins every Friday to assess your progress and make changes as needed. The key is to teach yourself how to practice a healthy lifestyle without having to feel as if you are on a "diet". It is still possible to reach your goals while still enjoying the foods you love (and yes, your favorite "guilty pleasure" is all still a part of this entire process.) Looking to take your training to the next level? One on one video training sessions. 60 minutes each. 12 sessions ($25 a session) *Your may schedule with me ahead of time through my page.* I will guide you through any questions you have pertaining to the workouts that have already been provided to you online, and address your form in a more detailed manner via Zoom. Learn the intensity that is required in order to build muscle and tone up your physique.

Love the weekly check up, she is very consistent with giving information about nutrition, and how her diet is strict with the calories. Overall, Her meal plans work and tend to see progress.
