Introduction: What makes me stand out? I began my fitness journey in 2015 first changing my own body. I went from a size 10 to 0 in less then a year. That is when I realized I wanted to help others reach their goals in a realistic and healthy manner. I began personal training people of all ages while I was on my journey completing my degree in Nutrition. Helping people means the world to me and motivates me to keep going! I take on lifestyle clients as well as athletes. I have competed in many bodybuilding events over the last 4 years and pretty much practice what I preach on a day to day basis. As far as personal training I am very flexible. You tell me what works for you and I will work around it the best I can. I can come to you. I can also train you virtually if you prefer. I send you workout splits and exercises to be doing on the days we are not training one on one together. MEAL PLAN PRICES: $125 per month This includes weekly check ins (by sending my photos) and adjustments to your diet as needed. I also give vitamin and supplement recommendations for each individual. Want an individual personal training session? I charge $65 for a single session Want more then one session? 8 for $60 12 for $55 24 for $50
