I had an amazing experience with Ali and cannot recommend him enough.
I initially thought my iPhone screen was cracked, so I reached out to him for a repair. From the start, Ali was extremely responsive, transparent with pricing, and very reasonable compared to other options I looked at.
He even came out to my home at the scheduled time to take a look. After briefly inspecting my phone, he immediately noticed that the screen itself was perfectly fine, it was just the screen protector that had cracked. He could have easily gone ahead with a repair and charged me, but instead he was completely honest and let me know there was nothing wrong with the actual screen.
I honestly felt guilty for having him drive all the way out for something so minor and offered to pay him for the trip, but he politely refused any payment.
In a world where many people would take advantage of situations like this, Ali showed incredible honesty, integrity, and professionalism. He is kind, humble, and clearly cares about doing right by his customers.
If I ever need a phone repair in the future, Ali will be my first call and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for trustworthy and reliable service.

Ali responded promptly in the morning after I messaged him the night before around 10 PM. He showed up on time and repaired my phone in about 20 minutes. My screen was stuck bright white and wouldn’t turn off, and he completely fixed it—saving me from having to buy a new phone. Ali was very kind, professional, and efficient. The price was the same as or even less than uBreakiFix, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend Tech Dudez for phone repairs.
