Hello! My name is Kiara and I am the owner of Parti Chaos! I started in event’s because I love to decorate. I have an extremely creative side and I enjoy bringing it out in my clients events. My balloon artist was out of town on the weekend of my housewarming celebration. I was excited to find a replacement ballon artist that was able to meet my quality expectations!
