- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Tuition is a flat rate monthly fee dependent on if the student is registered for weekly private lessons or weekly group classes and the length of the lessons (30 minutes or 60 minutes per week).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When an interested student contacts me, I ask them to fill out the form on my website so I can get a clearer picture of the student's goals and current level. Then we setup a free meet and greet session so we can get to know eachother. We then find an open slot on the studio calendar that works for the student and get started!
