While all pianos require regular tuning, normal maintenance includes cleaning, regulation, voicing or replacing hammers, bass and treble string replacements, action parts repairs or replacements, damper felt replacements, pedal assembly repairs, re-pinning flanges, and unwanted noise elimination.
