Introduction: I offer affordable training for great results! I am a NASM-certified trainer with over 15 years of training experience. I am a proponent of total body and circuit training. Not only it is time efficient, but it allows for more total fat burning to be accomplished due to the body burning more calories. The problem with many traditional workouts stems from the fact that they work the body parts (i.e. arms) in isolation, rather than as an extension of the whole body. Additionally, some of the principles of "muscle confusion" can be found throughout my training style, to encourage fat loss and lean muscle development.

    See your options and make sure the trainer you get has your goals and best interest at heart. Never settle for overpriced, run of the mill training. Make sure the trainer knows your limitations and expectations and set realistic deadlines/goals for what you want to accomplish and when. Most importantly, track your nutrition and make healthy food choices to allow those results to show.
