John with PMI Space City would be a valuable asset to anyone in need of property management services. They can manage everything from rent collection, maintenance/repairs, evictions and pretty much anything needed when dealing with tenants. John is an U.S. Army veteran and and active member of his community with his sons sports and school activities. He is local to Sugar Land/ Houston area but he can manage properties elsewhere or find you someone who can in his network. Before getting into property management he has been in sales for a steel manufacturer as well project manager for a lighting and electrical company. He has managed some large commercial projects, so residential property maintenance is a walk in the park for him. That experience along with his military experience make him ideally suited for this line of work. If you have rental property and do not want to deal with landlord duties, give John a call and let him take care of it for you, you will not be disappointed.
