I moved into my home on November 5th, and just a few days later — November 9th — I ended up with a flooded living room while running bath water. Their plumber came out to inspect and discovered that the overflow gasket had never been correctly installed in the first place. There was an opening in the setup that allowed water to pour straight down into the living room.
He said he’d be back to fix it… and then vanished. He called saying he was “on the way,” but never showed up on any of those days. The issue sat there unresolved while I waited.
Fast forward to today, November 16th — I finally got on thumbtack and found B & P Plumbing, and the difference was night and day. They showed up quickly, confirmed the installation problem, and actually fixed it on the spot. No hesitation, no excuses, no disappearing act.
Thanks to them, the problem is finally resolved and my kids can enjoy their bath time again without an accidental indoor pool forming downstairs.

I called P&B Plumbing for a leak in my refrigerator water line and they came out the day I called them. Not only come out but made the repairs that same day and had a person that could also repair and paint the sheet rock the same day. The pricing was not outrageous, they cleaned up the area and I would highly recommend this company.
