  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    All work begins with a consultation, over the phone. This will allow the client and I to ensure we understand what is expected from each other. If I find through the consultation that I would not be a good fit for helping you with your needs, I will let you know, and if possible, I will refer you to the right contact.
