Kingdom Home Care
We just had our roof replaced because we were selling our home here in the Richmond Texas area. We called the guys at Kingdom to have them come out to inspect our project and give us a quote. We thought that our expenses had to come out of pocket which was going to be a pretty expensive ordeal. By the grace of God, He sent this group over to "calm the storm" so to speak and have our insurance company pay for the replacement. We even received a new fence out of the deal so it was a win, win. Thank you so much for taking on our project and providing such professionalism. -GlenMar 13, 2019Review from Google
True Fence and Roof
'We are happy to have had the opportunity to work with Kingdom Roof and Fence. We had a few projects that we were unable to take care of and their staff was very helpful in taking care of our customers. We would highly recommend them to anyone in the Houston Texas area needing to have their fence repaired or replaced. Thanks guy and keep up the good workFeb 13, 2019Review from Google
Kingdom Christmas Lights
We had our roof replaced by these guys and they did a great job. The salesperson showed up and inspected our roof damage and helped us make the decision to call in a claim on our insurance company. We thought the process was going to be a little bit more frustrating that it actually was but it was quite effortless. They took care of every detail and got our roof replaced along with a free upgrade on the shingles. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to get some home improvement projects done.Aug 27, 2018Review from Google
We did business with Kingdom Roof and Fence and they did an amazing job. We got their information from a neighbor of ours who had done business with them and we decided to have them install our roof. The process was pretty smooth and they literally took care of everything. Getting your roof replaced is a really stressful deal and finding the right contractor can be a nightmare from what I read on the internet. We are very fortunate to have "piggybacked" off of our neighbors and had the chance to see their work before we hired them. Either way, they did a great job again and now we're recommending them to our neighbors.Sep 19, 2018Review from Google
2nd To None
Had them come out and build a fence for my dog run. They dug the dirt out for the posts and proceeded to leave it in my dog run. I was also told that you would not be able to see the concrete that was used to support the posts going into the ground. I left as they were "cleaning up" and when I got home, the concrete was still visible. I called Ron and he said he would be right over to clean up. An hour later, his crew showed up after I had already cleaned up after them. Lastly, all of the nail heads on the picket were not flush with the pickets, so I had to hammer them down so that they weren't sticking out. Would never recommend this company to anyone!!!Jan 21, 2019Review from GoogleKingdom Roof and Fence's reply
I'm sorry that you felt that way about your fence that looks great! When we were done with the project, we did ask you if everything looked good and went over how we graded out the dirt on the fence line. Since it rained the day before your fence was built, some of the dirt had turned into mud clumps which unfortunately became toys for your dogs. During the construction of fences, there is often dirt (mud in this situation) that will remain after the project. Once we learned of this adjustment request, we were over at your home within an hour to address it. Our crew relayed that you were completely satisfied and pleased with our work. The posts were set with Maximizer concrete level with the ground (which is an industry standard) and the grass had not had a chance to grow back around them. It's embarrassing to have a 1 star review from a customer when we try so hard to do our best on every project. I'm personally assuming if we would have given you a discount at the end as requested, there would be a 5 star review but we as a company don't feel that we should have to pay for reviews. We can however address any workmanship or quality issues moving forward and have no problem fixing anything that is unsatisfactory. Please call our office if there's something that we can do.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our pricing is based off a per foot formula that keeps us from paying to do projects. Usually our new fence replacements start at $16 per foot and if you'd like to upgrade any options they would obviously be additional. We send electronic email invoices that are very easy to understand and explain to involved neighbors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? Most of the time, our customers find us online or by seeing a sign from a project that we're already doing and then our estimate consultation process begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? Our company leadership has been in the roofing and fencing industry for over a decade and we pride ourselves in expert workmanship.
