Timing, and response was a bid issue, a 2 day job took two weeks . The owner did not respond on time and did not follow up with answers I had questions for. My pool was still green after the second day which was fine but he made several trips because they wanted to work in the dark .

Do not trust this person to do anything services or repairs for your pool. I paid him up front to get 1 pump replaced and 2 valves. He first ordered the wrong pump and he lied to me about replacing the valves. I caught him trying to only replace one valve and reuse the 2nd Valve. He did come clean on it. He installed the pump and said everything is good. I went to start the pump it was leaking and he did come back out to fix it and he then text me and said leaks are fixed and charging the pump. To me that means it is fixed and ready to go. I got home he was gone and the pump gone. No communication that he took the pump. Beware !!!!

This company is horrible. We set an appointment for a Saturday. They never showed up, we called the guy and he stated he got a flat tire and asked to reschedule for Monday which we agreed. Then on Monday he was a no show, no call again. Don’t waste your time with this company.
