I called the company out to do a pump repair and the owner came out the next day and was very knowledgeable too what the issue was . He gave a good pricing for the repair and got it done the same day 💪

I moved out of state and put my house up for sale. I needed someone to keep my pool looking great while I the house sat unoccupied and on the market. Pool Loops was so easy to work with and offered the best price. They kept me in the loop of how the pool was looking and sent me pictures of the finished product. The whole process was effortless. I highly recommend!

BEWARE. PLEASE READ REVIEWS. Please read reviews before hiring this company. My experience with Jay (Pool Loops) was the same as the other costumer’s post. He aggressively seeks to get money from you, he takes your parts for repairs and basically hold it as ransom while asking for money. In my case he refuse to return my pool pump unless a paid him. I refused to send him money via Zelle without him completing the job. I really doubt the pump was repaired. Unfortunately, he kept my pump, for this seems to be a pattern. In summary, I lost time, (thank goodness no money) going back and forth with Jay as he was argumentative and unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would.
