My AC started blowing cold air and then hot, and the air felt extremely humid and uncomfortable. Jacob came out and immediately identified the issue the fan in my unit was broken, which caused the system to overheat and shut down. He fixed it quickly and explained everything clearly. He was very polite, professional, and clearly experienced. Im so thankful for how fast he resolved the problem!

Had to get our vacation looked at since every time heat tried to kick on during the storm, breaker kept flipping, and not only did Alejandro get the heat up and running, he also replace the breaker with one set to the right amperage. 5/5 service if I could rate higher i would.

Alejandro was awesome!!! The team set up an appointment for an 11:00-1:00 window. He contacted me ten minutes before he arrived at 10:55, before scheduled appointment. That never happens with most companies! He diagnosed the issue, communicated it and repaired it with no interruption to our day. I highly recommend Alejandro and his team.
