Craig and Sharon of 360 Painting Southlake made our first professional painting experience so easy. They were responsive and very accommodating as we ended up needing to change the scope of the work and it required them to come out and do an additional bid. The paint job is beautiful. The team of painters, Jose and Gasper, were very friendly and detail oriented. I wish I had a before picture for the repair work that need to be done to the ceiling in my master bedroom. They did a phenomenal job! I am so grateful we chose them to do our interior painting job.

We had recently moved, and needed to have painting and repairs done on the inside of our house before putting it on the market. Sharon and Craig were very thorough and professional when quoting the job, and were on the site every day to monitor the progress. They also painted and touched up several areas that we didn't have in the quote free of charge, because they felt it needed it to make the house show well. We are really pleased with their work!

I can't say enough about this company. Sharon and Craig were awesome from start to finish. The first day they came to give me a quote they walked room to room with me asking questions, really listening to what I was looking for. They were really involved with everything. They had a color consultant come help me pick colors and Sharon came that day as well. When the painters arrived so did Sharon. She came in the am and in the afternoon to make sure everything went smoothly. The painters were awesome. They were done with our house in 4 days, it was great! Octavio and his team did an amazing job with our rooms and ceiling. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting someone who goes above and beyond for the customer. Thanks so much to Sharon, Craig, Octavio and the team.

Sharon & Craig with 360 painting did an excellent job! They painted our interior and painted our kitchen cabinets. They worked around our crazy schedule, helpful picking out paint colors and always communicated in a timely manner. We highly recommend 360 painting!

Sharon and Craig are wonderful and ensured the job was a success from start to finish. I feel like they treated me like more than just another job. I had 2 bedrooms and a bathroom painted and it is the best paint job I have ever had done in a house and I have moved around a lot. No messy brush marks or splattered paint on anything. No uneven areas. I could not be happier! Looking forward to working with them on more projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is custom based on the specifics and scope of work. On occasion we do offer seasonal discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an initial conversation with the customer over the phone prior to our in person or virtual estimate.
During the estimate, we spend a few minutes covering our company and how we operate and then take measurements of each of the rooms to be painted. This may also include a consultation around colors. We develop the proposal while we are on site doing the estimate and review that proposal with the customer before we leave
We also discuss our availability to complete the work as well as the customer's timeline for completion
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have many years in this business as well and substantial training when we purchased the franchise as well as continuing education/training based on new products and new process.
