Craig and Sharon of 360 Painting Southlake made our first professional painting experience so easy. They were responsive and very accommodating as we ended up needing to change the scope of the work and it required them to come out and do an additional bid. The paint job is beautiful. The team of painters, Jose and Gasper, were very friendly and detail oriented. I wish I had a before picture for the repair work that need to be done to the ceiling in my master bedroom. They did a phenomenal job! I am so grateful we chose them to do our interior painting job.

Our house was looking pretty shabby, needed a face-lift. They showed up on time to do a walk around, reviewed the exterior of the house, offered recommendations, didn't pressure me into doing things I didn't want done. When it was time to paint, the process was outstanding, we reviewed possible issue before painting, took care of them, they prepped house very well, and painted exterior. Not one speck of paint was dropped, no drip marks, no over-spray, no additional damage caused by improper tooling. House is well painted, well caulked, sealed perfectly, this job should last a long time. I will use them again for the interior of the house one day, thanks!

I refer 360 to all my Clients! As a REALTOR most homes sell easily if it is clean and WELL-MAINTAINED. My private home is 12 years old and it needed a modern update. Sharon & Craig took the time to personally inspect my home as part of the quote. When do OWNERS actually invest in building relationships with clients?? When they care! They developed an extensive preparation checklist, provide over-sight while their painters are on site, personally inspect the project during a final walk-through. Their attention to detail and systematic quality control will WOW you! Every attention to detail was in place or put into place with urgency. Pricing is mid-range, too - you won't break the bank for a first class experience start to finish. They not only researched the right endurance product for my iron fence project, they also painted my home's exterior. It's like a brand new home, and boy did it need it. Every house needs caulk and paint every 10+ years - you'll hold your market value if you keep the wood in good condition and use a high quality sun-fade resistant paint to protect your biggest investment. Let 360 do all the hard work for you. Even if that means COLOR-choice, too... They've got great advice. My clients love them and keep calling 360 back, whenever in need. That's the best compliment and builds my confidence to keep referring them again and again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is custom based on the specifics and scope of work. On occasion we do offer seasonal discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an initial conversation with the customer over the phone prior to our in person or virtual estimate. During the estimate, we spend a few minutes covering our company and how we operate and then take measurements of each of the rooms to be painted. This may also include a consultation around colors. We develop the proposal while we are on site doing the estimate and review that proposal with the customer before we leave We also discuss our availability to complete the work as well as the customer's timeline for completion
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have many years in this business as well and substantial training when we purchased the franchise as well as continuing education/training based on new products and new process.
