Craig and Sharon of 360 Painting Southlake made our first professional painting experience so easy. They were responsive and very accommodating as we ended up needing to change the scope of the work and it required them to come out and do an additional bid. The paint job is beautiful. The team of painters, Jose and Gasper, were very friendly and detail oriented. I wish I had a before picture for the repair work that need to be done to the ceiling in my master bedroom. They did a phenomenal job! I am so grateful we chose them to do our interior painting job.

Sharon & Craig with 360 painting did an excellent job! They painted our interior and painted our kitchen cabinets. They worked around our crazy schedule, helpful picking out paint colors and always communicated in a timely manner. We highly recommend 360 painting!

My husband and I were very thrilled to have Sharon and Craig Stone come to our home to give us an estimate on painting the exterior, replacing old siding, staining our fence, and staining our front door. We felt they were very fair and honest about what needed to be done. The crew that worked on our home was very reliable, professional and courteous. Sharon and Craig stopped by often to make sure things were progressing as they should and that the job was being properly done. I highly recommend their services!

I have never written a review before, but I cannot let the quality of 360 Painting company and their customer service provided go without giving a true shout out. Sharon and Craig (the owners) impressed me from their first visit on. They took their time to make sure I was getting exactly what was needed, they helped me pick the perfect color (we were selling the house), as well as their crew being completely professional and prompt. I cannot say enough about the quality of time, effort, and Customer Service this company provides as well as the personal attention Sharon and Craig gave us during the project. If I still lived in the area, I would hire them for any of my painting needs. If you are needing ANY paint or repair work that 360 Painting provides, I would hire them and know that you will get above and beyond what was promised!!! Best Customer Service I have had in a VERY LONG Time!!!!! Thank you Sharon and Craig.

Pricing is custom based on the specifics and scope of work. On occasion we do offer seasonal discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an initial conversation with the customer over the phone prior to our in person or virtual estimate. During the estimate, we spend a few minutes covering our company and how we operate and then take measurements of each of the rooms to be painted. This may also include a consultation around colors. We develop the proposal while we are on site doing the estimate and review that proposal with the customer before we leave We also discuss our availability to complete the work as well as the customer's timeline for completion
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have many years in this business as well and substantial training when we purchased the franchise as well as continuing education/training based on new products and new process.
